year was 54.1m and billings in the the fourth quarter was 87.99m. The difference

share of the market declined by over 15% to 60.51% of quarterly billings. The dramatic
decrease in quarterly market share came even though both Elance and oDesk had
more billings in Q4 than in there Q1. This trend shows the fast rate at which competitors
are growing in their billings.
